E.U.S.E.C Wisdom School Teachings

Level 1: Expanded Awareness & Personal Growth is the entry level of three courses, focusing on self-identity and refinement.

The are 16 sessions split in to 4 segments containing 4 sessions in each segment. The first 4 sessions in segment 1 are as follows:

Segment 1:

1.1  Who Am I - Elementary

1.2  The Ego Creation – The Shadow

1.3  Universal Law – You The Sentient One

1.4  Chakra’s & Kundalini Life-Force Energy – Awareness of the bodies 7 main energy centres

The duration of each session is 60 minutes, totalling 16 hours.

1 session will be delivered per week over a succession of a 16 week period.
